We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days after buyer received the item, if 7 days have passed after the item received, buyer will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Application for the Refunds

·        Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the item in the following circumstances:

·        The item received was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

·        The item received does not match the agreed specification in terms of size, color and etc;

·        The item received is materially different from the description (eg. brand, model and etc);

Eligibility for Refunds

·        The item must be unused and in the same condition that buyer received it.

·        The item must be in the original packaging.

·        To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

·        Only regular priced items may be refunded, promotion items cannot be refunded.

If refund application is approved, then applicant’s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to applicant’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

·        If applicant has not received a refund yet, first check bank account again. Then applicant contact his/her credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

·        In case of return or exchange, applicant must send the product back to the seller.

·        applicant will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning his/her item.

·        Shipping costs are non-refundable.
